.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
The Small Craft Advisory has expired as Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditions are expected over the Gulf waters this
afternoon. Weak onshore flow returns tonight. Mainly weak to
moderate onshore flow will continue into early next week. Sea fog
may develop near the coast and in bays by the end of the week.
Isolated to scattered showers are possible through the weekend and
into early next week. A cold front is expected to move through
early next week, with winds turning to the northeast behind the
front.
