.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A weak to moderate onshore flow can be expected today through
Wednesday. Onshore flow will become generally weak east to
southeasterly through the rest of the week. Flow may become
moderate at times over the weekend in response to an approaching
upper level disturbance. There is a low, near 20 percent chance of
showers and thunderstorms over the offshore waters this weekend.
