 .SYNOPSIS...
As high pressure builds past the region, winds will shift more
easterly today before a passing area of low pressure over the
Gulf leads to another round of offshore flow for Friday. Low
pressure developing over the Plains will lead to an elevated
onshore flow developing over the weekend, followed by another
 frontal passage late Sunday.
