 A cold front will move through the region early Sunday morning
 and will quickly remove any lingering overnight fog. With the
 front there will be strong north winds with frequent gusts over 25
 knots on lakes and bays and in the inner coastal waters. Further
 offshore (20-60 nm) winds are expected to be gusting over 35 knots
 and a Gale Watch will be in effect. For the rest of the waters a
 small craft advisory will be in effect from 12Z Sunday through 12Z
