ERNESTO- Final Advisory Issued

Ernesto's forward speed has dropped from 23 mph to 20 mph. It still needs to slow further but we can already see the results of the slower speed as Ernesto is able to fire up over the center without running out from under the convection.

Maybe the forward motion decreasing was the kicker like you mentioned. This is the best I've seen Ernesto look all day.

Just took a look at the visible satellite and it looks like Ernie maybe moving a tad more northerly of due west. Could this impressive strengthening trend be enough to pull Ernie north of Honduras Lou Question
