I think this one at below 10N is significant. The gfs model seems to pick it up and move it wnw. Also, it will avoid any interference from the upper level low to the north. Could be 95L. We'll wait and see...

94L is experiencing wind shear of 20 knts and looks very disorganized. Agree with you , that the blob to the SE of 94L will become the next tropical player. Que dice usted, Manuel?
