Live Feed Help

Help! I am not able to get the live feed using either Firefox or ie7 - it had been working, not sure when it stopped. I have uninstalled and reinstalled flash player, disabled any of the other players that my computer might have defaulted to, rebooted my computer and nothing has resolved the issue. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Same here. Keep receiving notice to install flash player. Unable to insall flash player. Says it's installed but it's not. Is there some type of 'Administrator" or certificate problem. I don't understand any of this. How can I get the flash player back. Aside to Chris, previous problem with JAVA was resolved and I get the loops but anyhing that requires flash player I can't view.

When you mention 'Live feed', are you referring the the Live chat, weather or webcams? There are several live feeds. All of them are working ok on my end. Please confirm which one you are having an issue with. Most of the live webcams use flash (fourwinds and backwater outfitters) which seem to be ok. The Real Time weather uses Flash along with Live Chat. All of which seem to be working ok. Now if you are talking about the Live Radio, this could be a whole different topic since it uses Windows Media Player to provide the audio...but that seems to be ok as well.

Webcam on my end. Computer at home is OK, just a problem with my office computer; I don't think I have made any changes to the settings that would have altered my ability to view the live stream video, just not sure what to try next... Confused

Are you on a large network at your place of work? If so, it is possible the network administrator may have disabled certain ports which will not allow you to view the webcams. Or, they may have disabled Flash. Try using somebody elses computer at your work to see if it works.

Live feed works for me.It's anything that requires adobe flash player to view. ie: links to videos of the storms, News story from CNN, etc.

Any story on CNN homepage with the little red camera next to it. Or FOX News"top videos" Anything clips etc . When I click to view, notice to Install flash player pops up. I install player, installation successfiul pops up but nothing changes. Still unable to view. Adobe help site addresses this problem but Don't understand what to do to correct.

Just for fun, are you able to view any videos from www.youtube.com ? They use flash as well...
